En España decimos "usa pintalabios". También se usa pero menos "lápiz de labios" o "barra de labios". Como te ha dicho KenshinARG en Argentina y otros países de usa "lápiz labial".

Sounds more natural if you say "Ella usa lapiz labial" but "ella usa lapiz de labio" is grammatically correct.
