아직 use past tense or present?
아직 안 와요 or 아직 안 왔어요?
If both are true, so what's the difference?

"아직 안 왔어요" would be more natural if "아직" is used to mean "(not)yet".^^/

아직 안 와요. he/she isn't coming yet.
아직 안 왔어요. he/she didn't come yet.
왜 아직 안 와요? Why aren't you coming yet?
