"Cute" is "Kawaii(かわいい:可愛い)".
"Beutiful" is "Utukushii(うつくしい:美しい)" or "Kirei(きれい:綺麗)".
"Cute and beatiful" is "Kawai-kute, kirei(かわいくて、きれい:可愛くて綺麗)"

"Cute and beatiful" = "かわいいし、きれい"(kawaii shi, kirei) or "きれいで、かわいい"(kirei de, kawaii)
