What online dictionary are you using? My Rikaichan (Japanese-English Firefox plugin, also available for some other languages, http://www.polarcloud.com/rikaichan/) handles these just fine.
1. かかってくる <- かかる + くる
架かる (v5r,vi) to span; to bridge; to cross; to straddle
掛かる (v5r,vi,aux-v) to take; to hang; to come into view; to arrive; to come under (a contract, a tax); to start (engines, motors); to attend; to deal with; to handle; to have started to; (P)

2. まいる

It's hard to say which one is the meaning you're looking for, because you didn't provide context. You should find example sentences when you look up by kanji, e.g. in http://ejje.weblio.jp/
