You've got talent is general ,without specifying the talent. If a man has got talent and can not use it, it is a big loss. You've got a /the talent Here it is about a certain talent, probably mentioned thereafter as in: He's got a talent for art. He's got the talent to play music.

I would like to choose 'the talent'. cause I think it's okay to put the definite article 'the' in front of a uncountable noun. So,I think you've got the talent to choose the right answer.lool
