O melhor é 'eu moro no apartamento'.
O verbo 'viver' e 'morar' podem ser sinônimos em alguns casos, porém o 'viver' pode ter outros significados (estar vivo, ter vida/ estar frequentemente em algum lugar, etc)

The verb 'viver' and 'morar' can be synonyms, but 'viver' has other meanings, such to be alive, to have life/ to be frequently in some place, etc)
