Walk in confidently and say: Good morning I'm [ say your name and surname] and I'm here for my interview with Mr/Mrs XXXXX
The receptionist will ask you to sit down. Then the interviewer will come and introduce himself or the receptionist will take you to the interview room. Once there you will be introduced to others if there is a panel of interviewers. Smile and shake hands with each one.
Your first question is like to be: Tell me about your self.
This is where you tell them about your qualifications and work experience.
Example: I have just graduated from YYYY university and I majored in ..........
Last year/month/ summer etc I did ........ weeks/months of work experience at.........
My duties included..........
At some stage they will ask you why you want this job?
You can answer that your qualifications and experience match the job description and that you are an enthusiastic team player etc

I agree with Jura. Confidence is a key. I totally blew my last interview but I got the job. Moorche is right about the questions but they are crap and every one lies. I told the panel not to waste our time.
But it is important to ask some questions. Show some interest even when you don't care. I told them I follow the money and the rest did not matter.
I doubt my advice is helpful but go your own way.

Tell me about yourself.
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
Why do you want this job?
Where would you like to be in your career five years from now?
What's your ideal company?
What attracted you to this company?
Why should we hire you?
What did you like least about your last job?
When were you most satisfied in your job?
What can you do for us that other candidates can't?
What were the responsibilities of your last position?
Why are you leaving your present job?
What do you know about this industry?
What do you know about our company?
Are you willing to relocate?
Do you have any questions for me?
