what's the meaning of "I‘m not above doing XXXX" ?
means "I'd like to do XXXX" ?

Some people think they are better than others, and often say:
"I'm above doing that."
This is a way of telling others you're better than them.
"I'm not above doing that."
This is a statement saying you are not a pig-head. You are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals.
