"Go figure" is a sarcastic way of saying "Who would've have figured that out?".It is usually used when a statement is made only proves a fact..
Example:
Person A: "The teacher didn't give anyone A's even though the test was easy"
Person B : "Go figure"
It's sarcastic because the teacher never gives A's.
