"Let's have a souvenir photo taken together." Is it grammatically correct?

Ummm...Correct, but kind of old-fashioned. I would just say "Let's take a picture together". I don't know many people who say "souvenir picture." If you REALLY want to talk like a native English speaker you can say "Let's take a pic!" However, that is VERY colloquial.
