What does "Do you give me face?" mean?

I understand the meaning of "face" as you use the word here, but English-speaking people do not usually employ the word in that way. It's associated more with the East. Whatever words a person uses, the concept is still a universal one. In this case, the expression would mean "show respect for someone's sensibilities". In Chinese, someone would say “给某人面子”, which translated literally means "give someone face".
