Need help to understand this dialogue.
I can't understand what the word, 'accents' means in this sentence and why Joey replies like " You don't say". Can someone please explain me below dialogue considering the word and the sentence that I don't understand.
Joey: You look good.
Angela: That's because I'm wearing a dress that accents my boobs.
Joey: You don't say.

Joey: You look good.
Angela: That's because I'm wearing a dress that ACCENTS my boobs.
Joey: YOU DON'T SAY.
In this case, the word "ACCENT" = "to give emphasis or prominence to; accentuate".
Basically, Angela is saying that the dress in making her boobs more noticeable.
When Joey said, "YOU DON'T SAY." He was saying that he had already noticed, but didn't want to say anything.

accent here means emphasizing part of ur body or showing off ur body .
as for "you do say", it is a way to show ur surprise
