hami melon= cantaloupe?which one is ued more frequently?

Well i can tell you that not many will know what a hami melon is... So, cantaloupe.

also more commonly referred to in Australia as a Rock Melon... Cantelope is used in the US or Europe.. but you can use Rock Melon instead...
