It's a slang word mean (came),in classical arabic we use:ja'a=جاءَ

am not sure what you meant to say but you sould write it in Arabic letters to know what u mean but ..maybe you mean :
حاجه؟
if you ment *haga* or * حاجه * in Arabic form its mean *Thing* I guess..hope am right
