Can I use the word "skin" meaning "image"?
I wanna know what "skin" means in sentense: "your skin makes me cry"?

Not really Shtrudel. "skin", to my knowledge, has never referred to someone's image.
Perhaps in your sentence, the skin of the person that makes the author cry is, smooth, soft, unblemished, and just the pure natural beauty of their skin is enough to reduce the author to tears.
