"Your tea has become cold." and "Your tea has got cold." They're correct? or ... What would you say?

Here we would also say "Your tea has gone cold ! "

nozturk, "Your tea has become cold" is correct. The other SHOULD be "Your tea has gotten cold". The second one (as corrected) would be used more often in America, but both are correct.
