'Feel like' is an informal idiom which is normally used to mean have a desire, want or inclination for something. 'I feel like going out tonight' ' I feel like an ice-cream.'
Although people use it informally your example of 'feel like' is actually grammatically incorrect. In this case 'as if' or 'as though' would be more correct. 'I feel as though she is staring into my soul'.
