Yes.
In this context "drive" means a campaign by a company or charity to collect a specific thing or set of things (e.g. food drive, coat drive, shoe drive, book drive, blood drive, etc.) from the public in order to help those that do not have sufficient access to the item(s) being collected. Usually, but not always, the drive is to help the poor.
