My career objectives are looking for experience rewards, self-developments and helping company to achieve thier goals and targets.
If you have an interview you better prepare yourself normally company/interviewer will ask you what is your career objectives (Although you already included it in your resume).
You might have the opportunity to capture employers' attention and impress them with your professionalism and creativity.
The point of the career objective statement is for you to communicate to the potential employer what you are looking for in a job. This is also a great way to highlight some of your strengths and accomplishments. In addition, the objective statement saves time by helping the employer decide, in a few seconds, whether or not you are a good fit for the company and/or position.

It introduces yourself and gives orientation to your prospective employer. It is normally the first thing you write in your resume.
