What preposition do I have to put: AS or LIKE "She is a very obedient person and always does ... she is told."? Why?

It would be very hard to find a woman who is very obedient and does exactly AS she is told!

As. In this context, as means "in the way that" she is told. "Like" would make no sense here and even if it was possible to use "like" it would suggest imitation (doing something similar), while your sentence means: "She does exactly what you tell her to do".
