What's your take on it.....What does this sentence mean ? " I am not sure if I like it or not. What's your take on it ? " Here , What's your take on it? It means what's your opinion ? Am I right? How many ways do you ask for other's opinion ? Please share it with me. Thank you in advance.

Yes it means "what's your opinion?". You might also say "what do you think?" "What's your take on it" is usually used when asking someone what they thought of a situation, as it means"how do you see it from your viewpoint".
