Marathi may ye sawaal alag tarike say poochaa jaa sakataa hai, jaise : काय करत आहेस ? aur काय करून राहिलास ( Masculine ) / राहीलीस (Feminine) ? (रे) = like HEY.

काय करत आहेस ? That is the translation for your sentence "Kya kar raha hai" in marathi.
