we say "缴纳养老保险" or "交纳养老金"，however when it comes to ‘pay more into your pension question“, you might be under the impression that we have the same pension system. there might be no limit on the amount you can put into your pension in your country. but we can't decide how much to pay, which all depends on your basic salary on your employment agreement. you need to pay 8% of your basic salary on monthly basic and your employer need to pay 12%, though there is cap on it.....so we can not pay more or less, it is fixed...hope this helps
