What's difference between cutlery and utensil?
They both are table ware, but cutlery only includes spoon, knife and fork.
Utensil equal table ware including cutlery and other tools such as plate, dish and so on.
Right?

In the US, cutlery means the spoon, fork, and knife.
Utensils can be any tool used in the kitchen to prepare food, such as a wooden forked-spoon to pick up spaghetti or a scoop with holes in it to pick up pasta while draining water.
