Which is right? Which sentence is right? And please teach me the reason. Thank you. 1.Peter's the son of my sister. 2.Peter's my sister's son.

Both are right, but it is more common to say Peter's the son of my sister or Peter is the son of my sister. English speakers will most often say "Peter is my nephew" to make it shorter and easier to day.
