flaky crust or flakey crust?
Google told me that
the former got 1,840,000 results
the latter got 1,250,000 results
which one is right? thanks

Both are correct. There are some words that have two spellings (and I am not referring to British versus American English). Flaky is one such word. While "flaky" is the spelling that you tend to see more often, flakey is also a correct spelling.
