When do you say "You're no match for him."?

For a game or contest between two people. For a wrestling or boxing match one person may obviously be a few pounds heavier than the other person. Someone will say to the lighter contestant, "You're no match for him." Meaning that it appears the other person will win.

Usually when you are competing with someone who is far better than you at whatever you're competing at.
