It's called "sino-Korean numbers"^^/
Native-Korean numbers are used when talking about....

3) number of people, 한 명(one person)/두 명(two persons)
4) number of things, an apple(사과 한 개)/ two apples(사과 두 개)
while sino-Korean numbers are used for....
1) age with 세, 25세(이십오 세), "세" is more formal than "살"
2) date, 2011/12/19(이천십일 년 십이월 십구일)
3) temperature, -10℃(마이너스 십도(씨))
4) minutes and seconds, 20 minutes(이십 분)/ 30 seconds(삼십 초)
