what is "roll one, smoke one"? thanks
BTW, roll one's eyes express dismay or exasperation, so what would you say if a kid stretch his brain and "roll his eyes"? circle his eyes??

"roll one, smoke one" refers to making a cigarette in the old style, before they were sold in packages. You had to lay out the paper, fill it with tobacco, roll it and then smoke it.
I don't understand what you are trying to say when you write, "...stretch his brain..."
Similarly, I also don't understand "...circle his eyes..."
Sorry!
