Eine Vorrichtung ist meistens eine technische Hilfe. Eine Einrichtung ist umfassender. Es könnte auch ein komplexes technisches System sein. Oder eine ganz andere Bedeutung haben: Eine Einrichtung kann auch eine Organisation sein.
