The question should be phrased as "Ano sa tagalog ang salitang Snow?". Philippines was a colony of Spain for more than 300 years. Snow in Spanish is nieve. In Tagalog, it is nyebe or niebe which is just an adaptation of the word nieve from Spanish. In Italian (neve) like "Ce tanta neve in Val Padana".
