Can somebody explain when to use these sentences. Can these sentence be used on both man and woman? which one is the most normal one?

you look stunning - You look awesomely beautiful (women only). Use this only when the speaker is immediately and dramatically drawn to look at that woman.
you look radiant. - Use for any woman that looks energetic and good-looking (doesn't have to be awesome)
You look vibrant. - Use on any woman that is energetic and looks motivated. Good looks helps, but not necessary.
You look refreshed. - Use on any man or woman that looks rested and ready for whatever the day brings. Use this any time.

The common ones are refreshed and stunning.
Refreshed is common for, happily alert- well rested- full of energy
Stunning is when a woman is so pretty she will stop you & make you look (to stun)
Radiant is a word that express an energy of light or heat. When applied to a person it is a women that exudes a felt warmth through beauty. (There is a radiant heat to this bulb.) Relates to beauty.
Vibrant is a similar word to radiant, in that it deals with energy when related to a woman. The word originates with the concept of extreme color. "This material is a vibrant yellow." (Extremely bright) Relates to personality.
