Does 'it is unlikely that ...' mean
'it is impossible that ...'
or
'it is almost impossible that ...' ?
Is it the same as 'it is not likely that...' ?

unlikely = improbably
probability/likelihood = 几率
It does not mean 不會。

It just means it is not likely. It does not mean it is impossible or even nearly so.
