Hang in there. Take it a step at a time. I suggest getting an english book that will start you with the most basic information. Do not be afraid of starting below your current skills. It will just take an hour or two to get back to the level you are at. Covering the basics again will prepare you as you move into the new material. All the terminology of the basics will continue to be used as you move into sentence formation material. So it is worth it to review. Hope this helps,
