y hay alguna palabra que sea sustantive y tenga la misma significacion de "siempre"?

Creo que quieres decir "sustituto" en lugar de "sustantivo".
Un sustituto para "siempre" es "todo el tiempo" o "cada vez" o "constantemente", dependiendo de como lo quieres usar.

Creo que "la perpetuidad" o "la eternidad" pueden responder a tu pregunta (son sustantivos y significan que algo existe por siempre).

Siempre: no es un sustantivo, es un adverbio de tiempo.
Siempre: (always) is not a substantive or noun, this is an adverb.
