Somebody is asking you about something that could happen in the future.
If you reply "I don't know it already." , Is it Ok? Or what would you say?

You could also say "I don't know yet". You would say this if you expect to know it in the future. Otherwise, "I don't know" is perfectly acceptable.

It depends on the context, but the most basic answer is "I don't know."
