Generally,
FC stands for Cardiac Frequency, it's the same as Heart Rate (HR).
PA stands for Arterial Pressure.
However, you need to be more specific and give more details, because PA can also be the acronym for Pulmonary Artery, and FC for Functional Capacity. There are so many medical acronyms! Furthermore, different countries have their own medical abbreviations.

I think fc is the heart rate (beats per minute) and Pa is the arterial pressure (mm HG)
