what is the difference between とても and ほんとうに?
For this case, like in this sentence "私 はとてもうれしいです" and "私 はほんとうにうれしいです"?

とても:very, stress on the extent of the description
本当に:really, stress on the reality of the description
A: これがいい
B: どういい
A: とてもいい
A: これがいい
B: うそ。。。
A: これが本当にいいだ
