I can see here two options.
1) Ani hoshevet at le beseder, havera.
I think that you are not well, friend (female friend).
2) Is there any possibility that you mistaken contests of sentence?
Maybe it means “that you are no good friend”.
Ani hoshevet she-at le tova ke-havera.
Maybe you tell us there you heard/take this sentence, it will help to explain to you.
