It sounds like you can write English well, but you want to speak fluently. You want some tips on how to speak quickly? Do you want to speak fluently or quickly? Fastly is not a word. The best way to improve on your oral English is to speak with a native speaker and allow them to correct your pronunciation, vocabulary and correct your sentence structure. You must be brave to do this, and don't get offended if someone corrects you. I'm sure you will appreciate this, because you really want to learn. Keep up the good work!

Have a target in mind. Like all goals in life, you will only reach them if you have a timespan to measure your improvement. It's no good just saying, "I'm going to speak regularly with natives, and listen to them speak, etc." . Make videos or podcasts of yourself speaking and see how it sounds to you. Set your target, and then break it down into mini-goals. For example, I want to be fluent in 6 months, what is my target for the first month, the second, etc. Be critical of yourself and push yourself hard. Get out of your comfort zone. The results will be worth the suffering!

Keep practising, I'm learning a different language but I find listening to the radio in the language you are learning helps as you hear the language in real time, you tube has many, many videos you could watch, just keep listening and talking. Good luck
