O correto seria: Há de fato alguma diferença entre "ao menos" e "pelo menos" ? Exemplo: No mínimo faça isso pelo seu irmão. Ao menos faça isso pelo seu irmão. Pelo menos faça isso pelo seu irmão. Ambos os exemplos querem dizer a mesma coisa.

Nenhuma. porem usamos muito mais o “PELO MENOS“, no Brasil.
