To start your speech, you will want to introduce yourself by giving your name and one added bit of information, just so the audience will think they know something about you. Now to start your speech, simply state your speech title.
INTRODUCTION: Have a catchy introduction to get their curiosity up and make them pay attention.
BODY: The main part of your speech will be all the details and your main speech. You should write this out and practice it with a tape recorder. You could have an outline of the speech on little 3"X5" cards while you speak. These cards just have the main points you want to talk about.
SUMMARY/ENDING: This is how you end your speech, summarizing what you said, with a nice ending.

Start: It is better to start with a quote, story, fact, or joke than to say "I've chosen this topic"
End: "In conclusion..." or "To conclude..." are good endings
