"Now we are talking."
What does this phrase mean? I think this is the expression. But I am not sure and I could use some help.

If you bring up an idea that the other person is interested in, they might smile and say, "now you're talking"! Yes, let's go do that.

It means that you like something that the other person has suggested.
A. Let's go see a movie.
B. No, I don't feel like it.
A. Ok, let's go drink a few beer.
B. Now we're talking!(or 'Now you're talking)
