It means something like "I couldn't care less about it, but I will receive what you are offering anyway."
I am not sure about the context of the sentence, so the translation could be slightly different.
He is speaking as a person on an upper position. This could sound arrogant and rude..maybe deliverately.
~してやる is a casual form of ~してあげる

It kind of means 'Come on. Hand it over.' It's a combination of もらう+おく+やる。如果把它译成汉语:(快点)把它递过来!或者是 把它拿来!
