how the word "vot" and "koe-kto" is used?

"koe-kto" is similar "kto-to". both means somebody
"kto-to" can be somebody and anybody
"koe-kto" always means somebody
"vot" means here, this. you point at the subject.
- Here you are. Give it.
- Vot. Vozmi (Вот. Возьми)
"von" (вон) means there, that
nu vot (ну вот) - well (when you are sad)
nu vot, i tak i znal (ну вот, я так и знал) - well, i knew that
vot tak (вот так) - like this

(Указывая на дом, где живет) - Вот мой дом. Я в нём живу.
"Вот" - указательное слово (when you indicate a place, a subject of the speech).

koe-kto , its same as "Someone" ! You use it when trying to hide the name of someone :)
