What does "뿌잉뿌잉" mean?

I think it comes from "booing(부우잉) booing", and young ladies often use it to pretend to be cute like "나 귀엽지?" in a humorous way.^^/

right. it has no special meaning. it became known in a korean soap drama.
young niece do 뿌잉뿌잉 to her uncle to ask him to do something or to get something.
kind of acting charming
