By the way Nozturk, there's an issue I need to resolve with you :) the pizza dough video DID state which temperature to put the oven on, "just put it on maximum heat for about a minute" - the video was about making the dough, not cooking the pizza! I have yet to make the "Make a pizza" video!! ...........so there, that has resolved this particular issue -and solved any problems we may have been encountering :D
