We can share mine
We can split mine
We can share
Let's share
We don't have to mention who it belongs to if there are only two of us, so 'mine' and 'yours' isn't needed. But your sentences are fine.

Your first sentence is good. But the second example is not quite so good because YOU are the one sharing with the other person. The other person is not sharing with you. If you are sharing your lunch with him, you are being generous and kind. It belongs to you....but you are going to share. It does not belong to HIM, so HE cannot share with you.
However, you can both "share" a lunch. You can say "let's share this, because there's enough for both of us"....even though it belongs to YOU. Does that make sense?

Hi,
"We can share mine" is indeed quite good. So is "I can share mine with you". As for "You can share mine with me", I would rather say "You can share mine", because if you are to share something that is mine, you'll most likely share it with me.
Hope this helps!

That is pretty natural. Here is more:
Let's share mine.
You can have some of mine.
I'll share with you.
Have some of this; I'll share.
Take some of mine, we can share.
