Hi,what's the difference between these two words lamang,lang ?

'lamang' and 'lang' are the same, the former being the classic way while the latter is the contemporary way of saying "only". "lamang" is seldom heard nowadays except in some literary works and formal writings.
'Ikaw LAMANG / LANG ang mahal ko' (you're the ONLY one I love).
BTW, 'lamang' also has other meanings. I'll discuss them to you later.
