What is the meaning of "hiya"
Normaly people in Uk say "hiya" when speak on phone or start talking with someone.

'Hiya' is just an informal way to say 'Hello'.
(My dictionary says it was originally short for 'How are you?', but now it means 'Hello'.)

Let me correct you first but it is not "HIYA" sir.
It is "HEY YA", this phrase is the slang of "HEY YOU" ...
